Reveka Primachenko was born in Russia and moved to the United States in 2005. She began to study the piano at the age eleven in Russia and knew that music would always be an important part of her life. Upon completion of high school in Vancouver, Washington, she also graduated from the Classique Music Academy in 2009.  She continued her music education at Clark College in Vancouver, where she studied piano with Dr. Kathy Edsill-Charles. After transferring to Linfield College as a scholarship student, Reveka graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Piano Performance on June 2nd, 2013. At Linfield, her piano teachers included Dr. Albert Kim and Dr. Jill Timmons, and she has studied composition with Dr. Richard Bourassa.

As a graduating senior at Linfield, Reveka won the Outstanding Piano Performance award for the year of 2013, and won the Music Achievement Award for Instrumental Performance upon auditioning for acceptance into the program. In addition, during 2012, she was the recipient of scholarships at Linfield including the Transfer Scholarship, Faith Powell Records, Dyke Memorial, Elliot Memorial, and General Restricted. Prior to Linfield, she received a full scholarship to Clark College as well as other scholarship awards. During her studies at both colleges, Reveka was a Dean's List student.

Reveka has participated as a solo pianist, collaborative pianist, accompanist, ensemble artist, a composer/arranger, and conductor. Some of her appearances have included multiple full-length solo piano recitals, and many studio recitals throughout the Northwest and in Russia. She has also performed piano with the Clark College Orchestra's performance of W. Lutoslavski's Symphonic Variations. In addition, she has conducted a performance of her composition for concert band, "The Return to Winter," as well as S. Tvorum's Zaparozhski "Cossack" March, Johan Leopold Alice Nijs Czardas Anitscka, and selections from Mozart's Requiem. She has also arranged Gershwin's song from Porgy and Bess, It Ain't Necessarily So, for full orchestra, and has arranged compositions for her church band. As a composer, she has also written multiple works for solo piano, duo pianos, viola and piano, and brass quintet. Also active as an accompanist, she has accompanied instrumentalists, chamber ensembles, concerto soloists, choirs, vocal soloists, orchestral and pop bands, and has served as the piano accompanist for the American Ballet Theatre dance classes at Vega Virtuosity.

Also active as a music teacher, Reveka has served as an intern instructor for courses in beginning class piano, chamber music ensembles, and music theory at Linfield, where she has taught college-level students. After graduating from Linfield, Reveka has been teaching privately in the Portland/Vancouver area. Reveka plans to continue her musical studies in piano at the graduate level.
