Full time Collections/Bookkeeping

This position is customer service oriented. Strong communication skills needed. Requires great attention to detail. Will communicate with our customers to resolve past due payments and assist with customer requests. Must be proficient on 10 key and keyboard. 

Qualifications: 

  • Friendly, outgoing and personable is a MUST! 
  • Highly Motivated and be willing to learn new tasks. 
  • Must be able to work as part of a team. 
  • Able to take on multiple projects at once 
  • Spanish speaker is a plus (but not necessary)

Full-time Accounting position

  • Journal Entries
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Various financial reporting
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • MS Office experience with proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Spanish speaker is a plus (but not necessary)

Instructor

Beacock Music and Education Center is looking for a piano and/or guitar instructor that is a skilled vocal coach to train beginning through advanced singer/songwriters in private lessons as well as periodic group workshops.

A degree in music or music education or equivalent experience required

Must demonstrate an understanding of music concepts and be able to communicate those concepts effectively to students Must have an advanced understanding of music theory and technique relevant to primary instrument as well as ability to teach alternatives to note-reading Effective time management and organizational skills to keep students on task in a lesson Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities Experienced performer (either solo or group) Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians Ability to interact effectively with children and adults Ability to pass a background check

Beacock Music and Education Center offers the opportunity to work a flexible part time schedule in a fun environment with other like-minded musicians. We handle the marketing, scheduling, billing and other business aspects of the lessons & group classes so that you can focus on teaching.
