BEACOCKMUSIC.COM GENERAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 3 PM (PST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday*.

*Holidays excluded.

BeacockMusic.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.  Smaller packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number available upon request.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from BeacockMusic.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Beacock Music offers Free Shipping on most orders of new products! Even though we’d love to ship everything free, there are some exclusions for heavy and oversized items, as well as sales and closeouts. Very large and oversized packages such as PA and guitar cabinets which are required to ship via freight may require additional shipping charges; see product description page or shopping cart. All Used Gear has a shipping charge. We do not ship Fender®, Squier®, Jackson®, Charvel®, or Guild®, products internationally. FREE SCHOOL DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to any school on our delivery route.  That route covers most of Southwest Washington, The Gorge, The Oregon Coast, and Western Oregon from Grants Pass to Portland.  Choose "Deliver to School" at checkout to take advantage of this option.
